About Our Bakery
Frenchman’s is a baked goods shop specializing in French bread and pastries.
Our service starts at 6.45 am with a window pick-up for hiker lunches. We pack gourmet sandwiches and pastries, all fresh out of the oven. Just order the night before, and pick it up on the way to your destination.
We are open for breakfast and lunch with counter service and your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The afternoon is devoted to tea and cookies for those who want to relax after a long hike, or just take it easy with a couple of friends.
Gluten-Free Products
Bakeries are a gluten extravaganza. But The Frenchman's bakery is unique because the owner's son is gluten intolerant.
We offer a few sets of products for all our customers who have difficulty digesting gluten. Please try our financier, meringues and gluten-free quiches.
Please be aware that these products and the store itself are not suited for people suffering from Celiac disease. There is no way we can prevent trace amounts of flour from making their way into all our products.
